Access Copyright has created a user-friendly eLog for your full reporting needs. These eLogs include two new options columns that allow you to record your clearance numbers and the total number of pages in the publication you are copying from.*

The eLogs are available in a variety of sizes, from 100 lines to 3000 lines, to accommodate all our licensees. Our eLog is now simpler and more convenient than ever, with improved calculation formulas, and the option of adding additional rows and columns to suit your institution's needs.
All eLogs are available in GST and HST formats.
If your post-secondary
institution has not produced or sold coursepacks during the
respective reporting period, please complete and return the Confirmation
of Zero Reporting Status Form by email or by fax
to 416-868-1621.

The reporting periods for universities and community colleges are as follows:
Annual
- September 1 to August 31
Trimester
- September 1 to December 31
- January 1 to April 30
- May 1 to August 31
Quarterly
- September 1 to November 30
- December 1 to February 28
- March 1 to May 31
- June 1 to August 31
